Privacy Policy

InsiderTradingRadar is operated by an individual, not a registered company. This page explains what data we collect and why -- plainly, not in dense legal boilerplate.

What we collect

• Email address (required) -- used to log you in and deliver alerts.
• Telegram chat ID (optional) -- only if you choose to link Telegram, used to deliver a copy of alerts there.
• Alert rules you create (tickers, filters, thresholds) -- used to determine which alerts to send you.
• Subscription/billing status (paid users only) -- whether your subscription is active, not your card details (see below).

We don't track browsing behavior beyond what's needed to run the service, and we don't sell your data to anyone.

Third parties that process data on our behalf

• Auth0 -- handles login; sees your email during authentication.
• Dodo Payments -- our Merchant of Record for paid subscriptions; processes your payment and card details directly. We never see or store your card number.
• Resend -- delivers alert emails on our behalf.
• Telegram -- delivers alert messages, only if you've linked a chat ID.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policy; we only send them what's necessary for them to perform their function (e.g. Resend receives an email address and message content, not your Telegram chat ID).

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email contact@insidertradingradar.com.

Changes

We may update this policy over time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date above.
