Free tier

There's nothing to refund on the free tier -- it's free, forever.

Paid subscription

The paid tier is billed monthly or annually through Dodo Payments. You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancelling stops future billing at the end of your current billing period -- you keep access until then. We don't offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period you've already paid for.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge, or billed after you'd already cancelled), email contact@insidertradingradar.com and we'll look into it.
