InsiderTradingRadar is operated by an individual, not a registered company. These terms apply whether you use the free tier or a paid subscription. By using InsiderTradingRadar, you agree to them.

The service

InsiderTradingRadar sends alerts based on SEC Form 4 filings (insider trading disclosures), classified and filtered, delivered by email and optionally Telegram. All underlying filing data is public and sourced from SEC EDGAR. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any alert, classification, or historical statistic -- see how our numbers are calculated for the methodology behind anything we show.

Nothing on this site is investment advice. Historical returns shown anywhere on the site are informational and statistical, not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Accounts

You need a valid email address to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and any linked Telegram chat ID accurate and up to date.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record -- they handle payment processing and card data; we never see or store your card details directly. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future billing at the end of your current billing period. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute InsiderTradingRadar's alerts or underlying data as a competing service. Don't attempt to abuse, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, missed alerts, delivery delays, or decisions made based on information from this site. Insider-trading Form 4 filings can be late, amended, or contain filer errors that are outside our control.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service itself over time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date above.
